Terms of delivery
All prices listed in Euros including legally valid value-added tax (VAT).
For delivery abroad, please pay attention to your national customs regulations!
Shipment will be executed after receipt of payment. We deliver via DPD. In case of broken or damaged consignments, please inform the forwarder immediately.
During transport, we insure the goods (up to €500 value).
Should a consignment be lost, no costs accrue for you. The delivery will be executed ex works as fast as possible.
Partial delivery reserved.
Delays in delivery caused by legal or official orders (e.g., import and export restrictions) and not to be accounted for by us, prolong the delivery period for the duration of any such barriers.
In important cases, we will immediately inform the purchaser as regards beginning and end of such restrictions. Unanticipated obstacles, such as acts of God, strikes, accidents, and the like, resulting in a delay in delivery, release us from compliance with agreed delivery periods.
Forwarding charges within Germany:
till 4 KG: 6,00 Euro
till 10 KG: 8,20 Euro
till 15 KG: 12,50 Euro
Forwarding charges to Swiss, Lichtenstein:
till 1 KG: 10 Euro
1 - 1,5 KG: 18 Euro
1,5 - 5 KG: 30 Euro
Forwarding charges to EU countries:
Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria
till 5 Kilo : 8,80 Euro
5 till 10 Kilo: 12,20 Euro
Italy, France, Great Britain, Irland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Polen
till 5 Kilo: 21,00 Euro
5 till 10 Kilo: 27,90 Euro
Forwarding charges for countries outside the EU are calculated on the basis of currently valid rates.
Terms of payment:
Payment is to be exclusively executed in advance, by remittance of the invoice amount EUROs to the Judaica4all account.
After receipt of the money, the goods will be shipped to the stated delivery address.
The customer has to bear possibly incurring fees for transferring the money.
For countries outside the EU, the return postage is always to the customer’s account.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days for a replacement or a refund.
When returning the purchased item you need to enclose a copy of the original invoice as well as information whether you want the item(s) replaced, or you want your money refunded. In case you want a money refund, we would also need your bank registration and account number for the money transfer. Please note that freight costs will not be refunded.
Returned items will be handled in the order we receive them. If you have not received the replacement item or heard from us within 14 days, please contact us for clarification.
NOTE: Items returned on COD terms (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
